We loved our stay at the Westin! Very nice place with a great location. The rooms were very clean and were equiped with everything we needed. The service was great, we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. We would gladly stay there again.

The Westin Times Square was a lovely hotel in the heart of Manhattan. My family thoroughly enjoyed the hotel including the location. When our room was still not available at the regular check-in time, the friendly front-desk attendant upgraded our room to get our family settled. The Concierge was very helpful with dining suggestions and the valet parking was reasonable and convenient for Manhattan. Overall, our family thought this was an excellent value and would not hesitate to stay at the Westin again.

The Westin was a great place to stay. Wonderful location- close to shows, Times Square, plenty of restaurants. People were extremely nice. Room was spacious mostly for a NY hotel. Would recommend to friends and stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located but it all goes downhill from there. Room was exceptionally small and the bathroom was too tiny to describe. Unfriendly staff also made this an unpleasant stay. Overall, the Westin at Times Square was not a good value for our travel dollar.
