    Headed out to Phoenix to get away from the snow and cold. Weather was wonderful in Phoenix, and the resort was great! Beautiful place to relax, read, take walks, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was fabulous, and the restaurants were superb!

    Everything about the jw is first class. my only complaint was no airport shuttle.

    Our dinner reservtion was cancelled due to a private function and the hotel did not call us to let us make an alternate reservation. the restaurant they selected for us ...

    Our dinner reservtion was cancelled due to a private function and the Hotel did not call us to let us make an alternate reservation. The Restaurant they selected for us was horrible...however I did write to the restaurant and was reimbursed. This is a nice facility but does not compare to the JW Marriott in Orlando Florida

    We stayed here for a Father / Son getaway. This is a world class resort with wonderfull service and amenities. Golf on property was first class. Pool facilities were outstanding. Rooms are well appointed and staff is genuinely friendly and courtoeous. Would definately come again.

    This is the best resort I have ever stayed at. The resort has everything, great pools, great food and great staff. It was very relaxing laying by the pool, the staff brought by cold towels and was very friendly. The spa was also very nice. Great services and discounts for multiple services. I was so impressed with the entire resort. Golf was on site as well. There was something for the whole family to do and I cannot wait to return!
