I wanted to strongly suggest no one stay here. We booked reservations 2 months in advance, when we arrived, they had no reservation for us. We had no where to go on Memorial Day week-end. They offered us no assistance what-so-ever. They were rude and not only that, they cashed our check we sent prior for our reservation, that was not available. They took our money but NO RESERVED ROOM. We had to take even more money out of our pocket to get another room after spending hours looking. They havent heard the end of me yet. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

The check out is 11 am but the check in is 3 pm. I think so you don't have time to look for another hotel. The room was in decay, the lock was broken, all was dirty. I would want to stay there at any price.

Filthy, Air Conditioning in entire building shut off every evening, windows don't open. Refrigerator not working never replaced, never sent up coffee pot as promised, room never cleaned and in the middle of the sweltering night I picked a flea off me - we checked out 3:30 in the morning. More comfortable to sleep in the car. Although the Tiki Bar is fun - the draft service wasn't working and anf after repair was attempted, never complete. Apparently the hotel feels there isn't any need to keep repair up when people are trapped once they check in anyway. They've got our cash that's all that matters and that is the exact kind of attitude you got from the front desk employees.

My husband and I stayed here for our 20th Anniversary and were we ever disappointed with this "hotel"! We reserved an Ocean view and when we checked in, we were in a Parking Lot view. After 4 calls to the "traveling Gnome" they gave us our ocean view. No coffe pot in the room and it took us 3 days to FINALLY get one. The bed's boxspring was broken and it took 3 days to have someone come look at it only to say they didn't have any in storage to replace it. The sliding glass doors were filthy and not cleaned ONCE our entire 5 day stay. The glass insert in the microwave was missing and we never did get a replacement so we couldn't use the microwave. The walls in both rooms we stayed in had major wear and holes from the doors slamming open. If we could have combined the best of both rooms it would have been better. The beach was NEVER cleaned from high tides although the hotels' beaches on both sides were groomed .. OY - VAY! Management wasn't exactly nice once we asked for our ocean view. When we called to ask for a taxi to take us to the airport, they said their shuttle could do it. I asked how much and it was going to be $* MORE than the taxi! Again... Be Warned... STAY AWAY!!! Pay a little more and reserve at a different hotel. It will be well worth the money spent! Stacy Pennsylvania
